National press and online advertising
Major global wealth management group briefed us to create a brand awareness campaign using national press, specialist financial press both online and offline.
We provided media planning and buying, creative and rich media production to create a compelling and innovative campaign.
The online campaign used rich media, linking multiple banners to create page dominance and a click through rate far outstripping industry averages.
Website Design and Build
Walpole Orthodontic Specialists briefed us to create a modern, engaging website that positioned the principal and the practice at the cutting edge of the profession. We introduced multiple contact points to increase engagement, used rich media and optimised the content for search.
The site is built on our content management system to give the client full control over their website.

Branding & Website Design and Build
As one of the UK’s top specialist renewable energy companies, Effective Energy wanted to task their funding message out to a wider audience. We redeveloped the branding and website along with building a ‘Carbon Calculator’ App to sit in the website.
The site is fully content managed, has multiple engagement points including live chat and is fully optimised for search.
Brand and Campaign Development
Classic Wardrobe is a small independent mail order company specialising in high quality branded menswear and mens accessories.
With a database of 7,500 active customers we were tasked with increasing the database and uplifting sales. Our approach was to modernise the brand and to target a younger demographic via ppc, email marketing and social media. We made the brand story younger, giving it a retro feel and brought personality into the communications and positioning, using email marketing to test offer and message.
The results saw sales increase by 30% in 6 months of activity.
National Insert Campaign
Arthritis Reseach Campaign, the UK's 4th largest medical research charity briefed us to develop and implement a new acquisition strategy that would also build greater awareness of the charity's work.
Our approach was based on testing media opportunities and creative messaging to develop banker message and channels. We conducted in-depth research (including patient focus groups) to determine key motivating factors for donating and to elicit creative insights to develop campaigns.
Direct Mail Acquisition Campaign
The UK's 4th largest building society appointed us to create a promotional campaign to support a structured savings product, aimed at high net worth investors.
The campaign was comprised of in-branch point-of-sale and targeted direct mail. Our approach was to use simple metaphor to convey a complex message, that was both on-brand and on brief.

Cedar Dental Practice tasked us with recreating with web content and proposition to reflect a top of the market practice and to increase the number of inbound enquiries.
We have recently re-launched the website, simplifying the content, optimizing the site for specific campaign keywords and preparing to launch a social media campaign to drive additional brand awareness.

Brand and Campaign Development
Shareprice is a leading data and financial services company wishing to launch a brand, price and selling strategy for a new online stockbroking platform.
Using co-creation techiques via our BrandBuilder™ microsite, we engaged over 3,000 prospective customers to generate highly useful and useable quantitative research.
Feedback included responses on brand ID, tone of voice, positioning statements, advertising styles/messages, product pricing, pricing initiatives/promotions, NPD inputs. Following analysis, we were able to create a new advertising campaign using display, and email marketing.
Website Design and Build
Breathe Business is a major coaching and mentoring consultany in the dental practice marketplace. We were briefed to redevelop their previous website to include new branding and positioning, increased functionality via newsletters, events calendars and an email marketing platform.
Using a fully content managed platform we have been able to give the Breathe Business complete control of their content as well as positioning the business as a leader in the field of dental marketing.

Direct Mail Acquisition Campaign
We helped the BBC communicate a difficult and sensitive message to the UK’s ‘hard to reach’ eligible population by Cold direct mail.
The challenge was to communicate a complex set of messages about Digital TV switchover to diverse and 'needy' cuatomer groups. We liaased with 6 different sets of internal stakeholders (BBC, Plain English, Mencap, Help the Aged, Digital UK and translation agencies) to generate high levels of response.
Our approach was based on rigorous customer testing of creative, timings and mailing stages to generate banker communications.
Brand and Campaign Development
Yorkshire Fashion Week was launched in 2009 to showcase the region's aspiring design and manufacturing talent. We were tasked with creating a brand ID and support collateral for the first bi-annual event.
Our brief was to 'Make it Yorkshire!' The brand built on Yorkshire heritage (White Rose being the county’s motif) and reflected the serious nature of the proposition and our collateral that reflected simplicity and a touch of Yorkshire humour.
The highly successful launch was attended by regional and national press and attracted national high street chain sponsorship as well as high profile speakers from within the fashion industry.
Viral Email and Video Campaign
Joe Browns the lifestyle and fashion brand briefed us to create a viral campaign to drive web traffic and build brand.
We created a campaign that consisted of a series of 6 Skills for Life emails, landing pages and videos to promote the brand in a light-hearted engaging fashion.
A 20,000 customer test cell was emailed to ascertain open and click through rates before roll out. Videos were hosted on YouTube and best performing had over 14,000 downloads.
Offline Media and Website Design
Bancroft Dentistry are a high-end dental practice in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and were recently short-listed for the Private Dentistry of the Year Awards 2011.
We were initially asked to create some outdoor posters to promote the practice and where then commissioned to re-design their then current website. The brief entailed that we integrated a CMS so that it could be update easily in-house and thus become futureproof.
